Earthlings, we are amazed by your nonchalant attitude when it comes to using water. We understand that water only has three elements (H2O) but there is no reason to abuse water just because it consists of only hydrogen and oxygen. Those are very precious elements that humans could not exist without.
We cringe when we see Earthlings taking baths instead of showers. Baths consume more water than showers unless you decide to shower for one hour at a time. Take a shower, it is a simple way to save money during the recession.
Earthling lovebirds, we appreciate the sometimes much needed bath experience with your Earthling mate, but you must limit it to once per week or once per month. Water is only going to get more expensive and scarcer.
Test your showerhead. Do not trust your showerhead. Find out whether your shower is a water-waster. Simply grab a bucket and turn on your shower. If your showerhead fills your bucket with more than 2 gallons of water in less than one minute, you have a real water waster on your hands. Rip that sucker out of your shower and replace it with a brand new low flow showerhead. A water saving showerhead will spray out between 1/2 gallon and 1 3/4 gallons per minute (GPM). It will pay for itself in a short time. Using a low flow showerhead is an effortless way to save money.
You may be surprised. Technological advances on Earth have led to new, wonderful showerheads which consume less water, yet still gives Earthlings a tingly, hard, needly, massaging shower feeling. Purchasing a new showerhead will not only save you money during the recession, it will also let you be more green like us.
Have fun with your shower. Make sure that you purchase one that can be taken out of the holder. It amazes us that Earthling home builders do not place movable shower heads in the bathrooms. If they did, more Earthling couples would shower together and have more fun. If you know what we mean.
