UFO Recession Tip 61 - Recession-Proof Breakfast

61alienbreakfastrecessio

Breakfast is an important meal to get Earthling's metabolisms and brains humming in the morning. It is the cheapest meal of the day, so take advantage of the savings during recession by eating a cheap breakfast.

Please do not skip breakfast or you will be so hungry at lunch you might easily overspend and overeat. As you humans say "Your eyes will be bigger than you stomach."

A cheaper breakfast is usually a healthy breakfast. Meera and I have observed humans consuming breakfast and prepared a list of the cheapest breakfasts meals on Earth.

Oatmeal. The best recession-time breakfast. It is healthy and cheap, and if you add fruit, you get a super-healthy and energizing meal. Healthy eating is essential during recession, in order to keep medical bills down. A healthy breakfast gives you a healthy body which means more opportunity for more sex, which is the best free entertainment on your planet (See Recession Tip 2: Have More Sex).

Cereal. Your grocery stores offer a spectacular selection of healthy cereals. Pick out a natural cereal made of whole

grains, with lots of fiber for best health benefits. Stay away from sugary cereals packed with chemicals and preservatives. Purchase your favorite healthful cereals in bulk or in large economy sizes during recession. Try Sam's or Costco for great deals on all foods in bulk.

Fruit and Oatmeal. Easy, yummy and super-healthy. Make some oatmeal, add some berries. We love strawberries the best! Healthy, delicious and easy on your bank account. We love to eat this for any meal.

Eggs and toast. This is not quite as healthy as cereal. However, during recession, sometimes humans need "comfort food." And this is a seriously cheap breakfast which will keep your human tummy satisfied for hours.

Zorkplanetsqad200_4Earthlings, it is amazing to us that an animal species such as chicken can produce eggs. We wish we had chickens on our planet. We do not wish for Kentucky Fried Chicken. We are amazed at the many ways you can prepare eggs. Souffles, omelets, custard, fried, over-easy, sunny-side up, scrambled, egg burrito, hard or soft boiled, poaches... wow! And with eggs and bread you can also make a fried egg sandwich or French toast. To stay healthy, only eat whole grain bread, free-range eggs and eat your eggs poached or cooked in canola or olive oil. Never eat saturated fats. You would be frightened if you saw what we discovered about saturated fats when we abducted Earthlings for experimentation. It was disgusting.

Raw fruit for breakfast. Whole fruit is cheap and helps to achieve the slim body Earthlings desire. Consume a piece of fruit upon awakening, then consume another piece when hunger strikes again. You will lose weight and feel great.

Zork and Meera's favorite recession breakfast recipes:

Ghetto Muffins

Spice Pancakes

Breakfast Burritos

Orange-Banana Smoothie

Bonus Alien Riddle for Humans:
What seven letter word make a breakfast item and then when you
add theAlienemail2_2 letter "f" you get a dinner item? (Scramble the letters around)
