We see that Earthlings love to talk on cell phones. This can be a huge money drain during recession times. We do not understand this phenomenon because we have the option of using our brain waves to do the same thing your cell phones do for you.
We don't understand why humans use text messaging because on our planet, the males have only three fingers and females have four, so that would be a huge problem for us. We evolved to communicate to each other through high frequency brain waves, most likely because we could not advance our text messaging abilities like you humans.
Our preferred form of communication is voice, like you. During recession, save money by sharing one cell phone. No matter what the cell phone company tells you, and
no matter what kind of freebie offers they give you, the more phones you use, the more minutes you rack up, so the more likely you are to exceed your limit so they can charge you $30 per minute for being so careless.
You can save money by using a prepaid phone, but the cost per minute is much higher. Prepaid may cost more in the long run than the yearly subscription plans which try to lock you in for the rest of your life and eternity.
If you're a couple, save money by sharing one cell phone with your sweetie until the recession is over.
Side benefits: Sharing a cell phone allows you to bond with your human mate, because you will spend less time talking to other humans on the phone. One cell phone also makes it difficult for either party to try to have sex with anyone else, because it would be difficult to arrange sneaky rendezvous behind your partner's spine.
One cell phone encourages both parties to stay monogamous during the recession which creates more money-saving opportunities such as sharing a meal and opportunities for sex (Recession Tip 2) which is free entertainment.
The most important benefit to some humans is that using one cell phone allows you to take cell phone pictures and video of each other during sex and then share together later.
There was a time in Earth history when cell phones were not invented (please do not ask us who really invented the cell phone, because we know it is and it is not a human) and the world still managed to turn on its axis.
Important: Using one cell phone reduces the risk of brain cancer due to using current cell phone technology... and don't believe all the medical studies about cell phones being safe for consumption. They were all funded by the cell phone companies.
Share your cell phone, save money, be monogamous.

This is a great idea to save a great deal of money. My sister and i plan to share a phone, which will let us both focus on other things, and reduce our talktime, which will effectively bring down our monthly phone bill.
