During recession, it is best to get a green thumb. We already have green thumbs so for us it is not a problem. But humans, having evolved to live in the cities, have become clueless about growing vegetables in their back yards.
Any human can plant a garden if they try. It is in your genetic DNA to plant gardens.
Follow this human logic:
Oil is converted into gasoline
===> gasoline is poured into funny-looking, moving storage tanks which burn gas and emit toxic gases out of their rear
===>These toxic gases cause the Earth's weather to exhibit weird patterns such as too much heat, snow, rain or too many hurricanes or too much frost
===>weird weather ruins crops and drives up prices which are already skyrocketing due to high cost of gasoline due to high cost of oil
It is not hard to plant a tomato, potato, onion, squash, lettuce, cabbage, pumpkins, chives,
peppers and others. All you have to do is get off your lazy ass and try it. It does work. Humans have been doing it for centuries.
If you are an urban human and you do not have a clue how to garden, just put the words GARDENING VEGETABLES YARD HOW TO in the Google search box on this page for some help. (Most of you do not know this but if you use the search box we have place on this site, we will actually be paid a few pennies for this. It helps us very little on our mission to go home. See Help Zork, Meera, Drauk and Zorkey get back to their planet.)
Your community college may offer classes on growing a garden. If you do not yet have a human mate, this might be a good way for you to find a sex and love partner which would allow you to save additional dollars during recession because you could entertain yourself free by having more sex (see Recession Tip 2).
Green Note: Gardening saves gas because you will not have to drive to your grocery store. Simply walk into your back yard and grab some veggies. Garden organic and be green and healthy!
